Lynett has been a nationally involved leader in the apartment industry as an owner / manager and supplier partner. Her background in property management brings important perspective that supports the growth of both people and the companies they choose to align with in their careers. Her passion for discovering exceptional talent- sometimes hidden, is a driving force. Lynett works with client companies to bring them into the
“Participation Age”.
Lynett is an active contributor to associations that support the multi-family industry as well other areas of commercial real estate, development, construction and the many supplier partners.She is sought out for her dedicated focus to help amplify your growth as an individual and the growth of your company.
Currently, Lynett is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), locally and nationally, the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, (AAMD) and National Apartment Association (NAA). She also serves as the “Public Relations” Chair for AAMD and is a very engaged member of AAMD’s Career’s Committee.
Garrett Faillaci

Garrett is credited with developing effective training curriculum to advance a distinct branded customer experience, reinforce desired team member behavior and drive corporate goals and revenues.

Garrett served on the Education Advisory Council for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) for the first 5 years of the committee’s creation. She is a two time finalist for AAMD’s Tributes Awards, “Best Marketing/Training Professional” award. Did we mention that she has a crazy sense of humor??
Lisa Sutton
SENIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITER
Lisa Sutton has been a member of the multifamily real estate industry in Denver for 17 years and she has close ties to her community. Lisa has a well-rounded real estate background in multi-site operations with many asset types including lease-up, transitional, new acquisitions, conventional, stabilized and rehab.
Over the years, Lisa has been able to focus on many aspects of asset management and preservation and is now focusing on the most important asset of all: people. Lisa is completely dedicated to her clients and customer's needs and is thoroughly invested in making sure the right people are placed with the right organizations, ensuring longevity, success and growth for all. She believes the clients’ needs are her number one priority.
Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for The Apartment Association of Metro Denver in a leadership role and has been heavily involved with many AAMD committees and events throughout the years. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Family HomeStead, a local Denver based charity providing individual housing units to homeless families in transition and continues to support the organization with help of her AAMD family and her many valued colleagues and friends.

In her role as Director of Client Success with Career Options, Suzie can be relied on to manage multiple priorities and projects with a smile. She makes sure that our clients have what they need to navigate introductions, meetings and other transitions successfully. Suzie is a logical and creative contributor to the team.
